
Richard is an experienced practitioner of leadership and organisational development who is skilled at helping teams find practical ways of harnessing the potential of different contributors.
He has special expertise in coaching leaders, designing learning events, running large group meeting processes, multicultural team working and optimising individual differences at work. Richard is valued as a facilitator and coach for his energy, insight, creativity and genuine interest in people.
Richard specialises in coaching and developing leaders and teams in both
private and public sector organisations. Prior to setting up his own business,
Richard worked in internal leadership and organisation development roles in BP
International and Shell UK, as a Psychologist for the Government and in the
engineering industry.
Richard has degrees in Organisational Psychology and Behavioural Science and is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
