Peter's commercial creativity, operational experience and penetrating people skills stem from a varied career which he began as a professional musician and record producer before moving into retail.

During 25 years in the motor trade, he developed and pioneered his own unique brand of selling and motivational people development. As General Manager of a small dealer group, his greatest achievement was to build and develop a multi-million pound green field motor trade site from scratch. Within two years of trading, the business was within the top ten dealers in its franchise for both volume and customer service — a position it maintained for the next 14 years.

Peter has worked with The Insight Exchange since December 2005, and leads our work with Audi UK.
