Pete joins us from Pfizer, bringing 20 years of extensive practical sales, marketing and senior management experience to the IE team. He has held many roles leading, developing and motivating teams & projects within the retail and pharmaceutical sectors.

Pete has a strong track record of coaching and mentoring others through behavioural change, achieving success via group programs or on individual bases. He is responsible for developing and rolling out our unique approach to 'No-Mystery Shopping'.
