Matt is an experienced researcher, consultant and strategist. He is particularly interested in organisational systems and cultures, and his skill is in getting to the heart of why people do what they do, in markets and within businesses. He brings a rigorous, commercially-grounded approach to client work.

Matt began his career in marketing and distribution at National Australia Bank Group, before working in Category Management and brand development at Avon Cosmetics. A move from client to agency side followed, with Matt working as an Associate Partner at Quadrangle, and leading brand and organisational work for BT, Renault, Audi, and The Economist.

Following a Masters in Organisational Behaviour, Matt became a Partner at Insight Exchange in August 2009. He has subsequently conducted projects for HMRC, Royal Mail, Regus and AQA, and has been responsible for developing our approach to employee communities.
