Matt began his career in marketing and distribution at National Australia Bank Group, before working in Category Management and brand development at Avon Cosmetics. A move from client to agency side followed, with Matt working as an Associate Partner at Quadrangle, and leading brand and organisational work for BT, Renault, Audi, and The Economist.
Following a Masters in Organisational Behaviour, Matt became a Partner at Insight Exchange in August 2009. He has subsequently conducted projects for HMRC, Royal Mail, Regus and AQA, and has been responsible for developing our approach to employee communities.
