Emma worked with the Volkswagen Group for 14 years, and her experience in engaging with frontline staff across networks means that she is well placed to add value to our ForUs programme. Emma is primarily involved in the delivery aspects of ForUs, facilitating improvement activity with individuals and among network teams.
