
Like many of our consultants, Lindsey's path to consultancy began in market research. Her CV includes 10 years' international research with both business and consumer audiences in the banking, automotive, IT, telecoms and consumer goods sectors. Four years at management consultancy Quadrangle, focusing on brand strategy, customer strategy development and personal development gave her a deep understanding of the issues facing businesses and organisations in all sectors — in particular, the automotive industry.
Her work highlights are many. She has designed and led a personal development program for Fiat middle management and worked on a customer loyalty program to help Alfa Romeo franchises become more customer-centric. She has tested and developed a used car proposition for Mercedes and worked on the Proactive Repair and Enhanced Warranty project for Audi UK Aftersales.
Three years ago, she set up her own consultancy and now collaborates on
projects with The Insight Exchange.
