Kay joined the Insight Exchange team in April 2008. She plays an integral role in the smooth running of our office in Covent Garden. She also co-ordinates our new business activity.

With a background in DP, Kay has many years’ experience of providing project support across complex programmes. She is responsible for processing outputs from Forus workshops and ensuring that the right information is fed back to the right places at the right times.
