Gemma joined Insight Exchange as a Graduate Exchanger in the summer of 2008, having graduated in Anthropology from Sussex University. She had already gained experience working on the development of The Big Sofa Experience, and as an Intern at IE during 2006.

Gemma is heavily involved in the delivery of SEI, and acts as an integral part of the facilitation team at many of the staff workshops, working alongside the senior Exchangers, and providing support to the process.
