We are currently engaged in a 14 month programme delivering ForUs across the Audi dealership network. During the initial pilot those dealerships who used ForUs saw an improvement in their customer experience score nearly 5% greater than the network as a whole, with one dealership showing a 34% improvement across 3 months. Audi were so impressed they commissioned Insight Exchange to work with 50 more dealerships, each of whom will be investing their own money in the programme.
