A business tool to improve staff and customer experience
Forus is a powerful tool that can help you improve your staff and customer experience. It engages staff in continuous improvement by asking them for their views on how it feels to work in the organisation, identifying any concerns they may have, and encouraging them to come up with practical ideas to improve things. Sounds like a staff satisfaction survey? Well it couldn’t be more different.

How Forus Works
ForUs involves people giving their views anonymously online, followed by facilitated workshops, each involving up to 100 colleagues. This process identifies people’s prevailing priorities, develops an improvement plan, and helps set up a cross-departmental improvement group that actually keeps on improving things.

How Forus Is Being Used

 

We are currently engaged in a 14 month programme delivering ForUs across the Audi dealership network. During the initial pilot those dealerships who used ForUs saw an improvement in their customer experience score nearly 5% greater than the network as a whole, with one dealership showing a 34% improvement across 3 months. Audi were so impressed they commissioned Insight Exchange to work with 50 more dealerships, each of whom will be investing their own money in the programme.

ForUs can be bought by any organisation. Our smallest client had just 40
people. It can be bought as a one-off, applied to an outlet, a Region, a
Division or a small/medium organisation. It can be bought as a programme applied to a whole network or a larger organisation, or used as a regular tool to support a staff engagement or customer experience strategy.
